Make monthly or periodic deposits to clients' Escrow Accounts and hold funds for specific disbursement for insurance premiums, rent payments, taxes and other fixed obligations.

IOLTA Accounts

The Bank offers an interest earning checking account to California Attorneys and law firms that receive and disburse client funds. The account is established for trust funds that are nominal in amount or that are on deposit for a short period of time. Interest is paid monthly in accordance to statutory requirements and submitted to the California State Bar Association on your behalf.
