How Do I Enroll
Visit a local branch or contact us by phone at (951) 766-4100 to have your mobile phone number listed for enrollment. You will receive an enrollment text message from HCN Bank. The text message will ask you to reply "YES" to confirm your enrollment for debit card fraud text alerts.
What Happens Once I Enroll
Once enrolled, if a transaction is flagged as suspicious, you will receive a text message informing you of the transaction. You will be given the opportunity to respond to the text message to indicate if the transaction was authorized or fraudulent.

Important Traveling Tips
Notify the Bank of extensive domestic and/or international travel to include the following:
Card number
A contact number while traveling
Travel dates
Travel locations
Mode of transportation (i.e. flying, driving)
Verify your card will not expire while traveling
Carry alternative payment methods (i.e. additional debit/credit cards)
Do not pack all payment methods together (i.e. one in a suitcase, another in a purse or wallet)
Remain observant for pick pockets
